At present, we can provide a complete set of machines and service in feeding, metering, batching, mixing, forming, stacking, drying and auto packaging.　　各种不同潜在客户市厂追踪定位的各种不同，我也可以给出碳素钢镀络和不锈钢装饰管吗镀络两个不锈钢材质的塑胶模具供访客取舍，以购入最适合的自已的產品。We can provide two kingds of mould cavity, carbon-steel chromium-plated mould and stainless steel chromium-plated mould according to different customers’ requirement.　　生產线设计的开发领域，塑料模经多道粗加工环节并镀硬铬做成，从表面层油亮度做到0.1μm，尺码明确度做到0.05㎜，从表面层抗拉强度HRC65以上内容；比调机也适用不锈钢装饰管才料并带自的清洁设施，仍会粘料，攪拌器器适用变截面积速度攪拌器器，克制攪拌器方位的行成；地方环保定制家具适用进口量微形液压缸充当顶紧动力机，在顶紧整个过程中是不会受损已变型的砌块，正常和上升三相异步电机适用交流变频把控好，做到正常运作精准定位的明确性；另一方面，我们公司要不是微信用户性能了推力式手动叉车和行驶治具，用于砌块的装载和卸车，治具适用全推力式厂家空间结构，正常运作平衡，采用蓄电量长。All the moulds are made through many process steps and plated with hard chromium. Surface finish reaches 0.1μm and dimension precision is up to 0.05mm, and surface hardness is above HRC65 ;The mixer is made of stainless steel and has self clean devices whith will not adhere materials, its stirrer adopts the one with high speed and reduce section; our space clamps use imported micro cylinder as speed up power which will not damage the finished block when pressing; its convertible frequency controlled walking and elevating motor assure the accuracy of position; in addition, we also provide our customers with gravity fouklift and travelling clamp for the loading and unloading of the blocks. The clamps are of full-gravity mechanical structure, which is stable and durable.　　在干涩窑的设计构思上，.我带来了的横项风和横向风每种随道式干涩窑，均能不同石膏粉干涩补充汽化的曲线绝对补充的合适渗透，禁止外面过烧的可能性，生产设备外包装机盒实用有实用新型的技术的全半自动外包装机盒发电机，由托排供应者机、消缝机、滑动机、码垛机、秸秆打捆机、中央液压装置站等几部份组合，可确保2X2、3X3等几种金桥铜业跨接线的截面积大小的托排外包装机盒。We provide two kinds of drying kiln, tunnel type drying kiln use transverse wind and vertical wind, both of which can uarantee the reasonable move of water according to the chart of water evaporation when drying gypsum and also avoid possibilities of over burnt. We adopt high automatic packaging equipments including supporting feeding machine, gap eliminating machine, board turner, stacking machine, packaging machine and central hydraulic station which is suitable for pachaging the specification of 2X2 and 3X3.
