Surface finish reaches 0.1μm and dimension precision is up to 0.05mm, and surface hardness is above HRC65 ;The mixer is made of stainless steel and has self clean devices whith will not adhere materials, its stirrer adopts the one with high speed and reduce section; our space clamps use imported micro cylinder as speed up power which will not damage the finished block when pressing; its convertible frequency controlled walking and elevating motor assure the accuracy of position; in addition, we also provide our customers with gravity fouklift and travelling clamp for the loading and unloading of the blocks. We adopt high automatic packaging equipments including supporting feeding machine, gap eliminating machine, board turner, stacking machine, packaging machine and central hydraulic station which is suitable for pachaging the specification of 2X2 and 3X3.
