After one year’s research and development, the high-strength-αhemihydrate gypsum pilot project has been finished in November, 2011. The breaking strength and compressive strength of desulfurization- αgypsum produced by this production line fit for the highest standard 50-grade of the industrial standard of theαhigh-strength gypsum submitted in 2008.The characteristics of the above technology:1. It can achieve continuous dosing with the wet basis desulfurization gypsum directly. The contiluous production can be achieved by the dual firing, crystallization, centrilfugal dewatering and drying with simple configuration, fluent technology and clear  production.2. The 0.2-0.5Mpa steam can achieve gradient usage with the following procedure which includes mixing tank heatin, reaction tank heating, preparation of the hot water and so on.3.
